Grief comes to us in many forms and, like joy, is part of the human experience. Whether through the loss of a loved one, a marriage breakdown, or an abrupt shift in life circumstance, grief can bring about feelings of hopelessness and despair.

Starting this fall, the Healing Grief Series is being offered as a three-part therapeutic approach to dealing with grief and change. Three professionals use their personal area of expertise to help you explore how to move beyond grief and uncertainty to a place of acceptance, understanding and hope.

During an initial meet-and-greet, the team will give you an overview of the three sessions being offered. You decide which sessions you wish to take to address your current needs and goals. Below are brief descriptions of each session.

Part One: Past Life Regression with Lynn Zammit

Through hypnosis you can explore previous lifetimes, which can lead you to discover why you chose your current life expression, as well as what issues, needs, and desires from past-life experiences you may have brought forward to this lifetime. In a follow-up Life Between Lives session, you can come to understand how losing a loved one or experiencing trauma is part of the plan for your soul's growth during your current life. This deeper understanding of your soul's purpose can be part of the healing process.

Part Two: Mediumship Reading with Tony Scavetta

Tony is a bereaved father who has developed the ability to communicate with loved ones who have transitioned to the spirit world. Tony receives communication from them through his spiritual sight. A one-hour reading with Tony will provide an opportunity for you to hear messages from your loved ones. The knowledge that life continues after death and that your loved ones are okay can bring comfort and peace.

Part Three: Life Reading with Heather Scavetta

As a bereaved parent and nurse, Heather offers counseling to those who have experienced the loss of a loved one or who have found themselves at a crossroad of change. As an adjunct to her counseling session, Heather channels Spirit who communicate their love and wisdom to help guide and support your decision to take the next step on your journey.
